West Bay Apartments West Bay Apartments are large family style apartments as follows:  Ground Floor: 2 Bedrooms Sleeps 4-6 First Floor: 3 Bedrooms Sleeps 6-7 Second Floor: 3 Bedrooms Sleeps 6-9 We offer versatility in our sleeping arrangements and prepare each apartment according to guest requirements. We also have a large front lawn and secure rear patio/yard.

Local Amenities

The Dhu Varren Rail Halt is one minute from the front door and this gives guests convenient access to Coleraine, Londonderry/Derry and Belfast.

The West Strand, only two minutes walk away, is one of Northern Ireland's award winning beaches.  It is clean, one of the safest in the area and popular with families and surfers.

Fishing is possible along the coast from the western section of the beach westwards.

The Ballyreagh Par Three Golf Course is within walking distance and the old Portstewart 18 Hole Course just beyond.

Turning Westwards from Dhu Varren you will arrive within five minutes by car in Portstewart and the whole North West area is easily obtainable.  A ferry service operates from Magilligan to Greencastle in Donegal, opening up the whole Inishowen Peninsula for touring.  Castlerock and Benone Strand are within easy reach.

All Portrush amenities are on our doorstep, including Waterworld, the Dunluce Centre, Barry's Amusements, etc.

All the attractions of the "Causeway Coast" are convenient in the easterly direction, including Portballintrae, the Giants Causeway, Dunluce Castle, Carrick-a-Reed Rope Bridge, Bushmills Distillery, Whitepark Bay, Ballintoy, Ballycastle and from it access via ferry to Rathlin Island.
